The 1953 MG TD about which this manual was written began with an assortment of dismantled parts which were restored into the classic beauty you see on the cover. This MG TD was entered in the "Search for the Best TD in the World" at the New England MG T Register's Gathering of the Faithful in 1994 and made it into the final thirteen. As a lifelong college educator, the author has an uncanny ability to break down complicated processes into layman's terms and guide you through the restoration process. In its third publication since its original printing in 1996, this manual continues to serve as the best manual for an MG TD restoration.

Though not written specifically for the TC & TF Series, it is quite useful in assisting in restorations of those models as well.
