Head Lamps-Reconditioned (Pair)

All TA/B/C/YA headlamps are referred to as 8 inch diameter, this can be misleading as the overall diameter is approximately 8 1/4" or 210mm.  Late export model TC and a few late YAs  were fitted with 7" headlamps, this measurement being taken from the diameter of the actual glass when removed from the rim, the visible glass when fitted to the rim is 6 5/8" 168mm.

Owing to extreme rarity of this item, there may be slight variations to the underside mount plate shown, and the shells may be chrome plated steel instead of brass as original brass bodies are rare, and often too frail to be repaired.

TC models before chassis 1850 used a flatter lens L057BT and a different rim L380TC.  Please advise if you require this type which is rare, but we may be able to help.   YA models with 8" headlamps all used the type as shown in the photo.
