Disconnect and remove brake hose (new hose supplied in kit)

Remove brake drum, hub & backplate assembly

Attach caliper carrier brackets to stub axle flange with K597Z nuts, bolts & washers provided. (Note that brackets are handed)

Remove wheel bearings & oil seals from ZA/B hub to extract spacer (This needs to be re-used in new hub)
Install new bearings, spacer and oil seal into new hubs..

Attach brake disc to new hub with K594Z Nuts, bolts & washers provided.

Fit hub/disc assembly onto stub axle.

Attach caliper to carrier bracket using bolts K596A and locktabs K402D

Fit pads K402 to calipers using clips K402B & split pins K402C.

Fit replacement brake hoses K597A.

Bleed brakes whilst ensuring that there is plenty of fluid in the master cylinder. Bear in mind that brake calipers use more fluid than cylinders, so check the master cylinder for level more frequently.
